Harry Potter author JK Rowling has confirmed that she's written a brand new children's book about a monster.
In a magazine interview Rowling discusses Potter but also confesses to completing a children's book that not even her publisher knows about.
She says the new book is aimed at children younger than the average Harry Potter readers and describes it as a "political fairy story".
Rowling also lets it slip that she's written a number of new short stories.
