Emma Watson Gets Ten OWLs in Her GCSEs

Harry Potter star Emma Watson managed to live up to her onscreen Hermione alter ego as she is celebrating top grades in her GCSEs after achieving eight A*s and two As. Also, last week Daniel Radcliffe discovered he had achieved three A-grades in his AS-levels.

The 16-year-old actress from Oxford managed to live up to her onscreen alter ego with the straight A results.

In a newsletter to fans earlier this year, Watson said she had been back at school working hard in the run-up to the exams.

She said: "I keep reminding myself of how great it will feel once they are over and I get to put my books away for a short time - not very Hermione, I know!"
