Warner Bros. is rolling out a digital film delivery system, based on peer-to-peer technology, with an eye on thwarting piracy by making it easier for enthusiasts to obtain movies online. The service will debut in March in Germany, Austria, and parts of Switzerland, and will include Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire.
